Time for some tea...

I have been thinking a lot this Christmas season about Mary.  Such a young little thing to carry such a load and yet she did it with such grace.  I wonder if she felt that she had to be the perfect mother.  I know for a fact that I was not a perfect mother and yet my kids love me...what a gift!

This is our first grandchild.  Once he took a breath our lives changed forever.  He has the mind of an inventor and a beautiful voice.  He likes to camp, swim, build model airplanes and bug his sister.  What a wonderful gift from God!  He will change the world.

My youngest blessing

Ben  (what more can I say)  He's one of a kind!  My dad would have been so proud!  He loves swimming, his mom and dad and brother and sister and yes his Grandmas'.  He enjoys playing outside with his bike and gator.  He is a beautiful addition to our family and to the world.

I have been so amazed at God's creation today.  All the different birds that share my backyard, all of the different shades of green and just color in general.  Thank you God for all the reminders of your power flying around my backyard.
